Job summary

Webby Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver AI and software initiatives from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients to capture business needs, coordinate with developers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other teams, and translate requirements into actionable tasks.

The role requires 3+ years in IT/project management, strong communication, and a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management for software or IT projects
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and project management processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is an advantage
• Business Analyst experience is an added advantage, particularly in gathering requirements, analysing business needs, and preparing functional specifications
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, QA, DevOps)
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Able to speak and read Chinese will be added advantage
