Job summary

Webby Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver AI and software initiatives from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients and diverse teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years of PM experience in software/IT, a solid understanding of the SDLC, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Asana is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for software or IT projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and project management processes.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and PM tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is an advantage.

Job description

Define project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Work closely with clients to understand business needs and project requirements.

Coordinate with developers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other teams.

Translate business requirements into clear project tasks and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.

Identify project risks and issues and work with the team to resolve them.

Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and management.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and requirement specifications.

Ensure the final product meets client requirements and project objectives.

Support continuous improvement of project management and development processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Minimum 3 years experience in project management for software or IT projects

Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget

Good understanding of software development lifecycle and project management processes.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is an advantage.

Business Analyst experience is an added advantage, particularly in gathering requirements, analysing business needs, and preparing functional specifications.

Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, QA, DevOps)

Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

Able to speak and read Chinese will be added advantage
