Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead AI and software projects from initiation to delivery. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

The role requires coordinating frontend, backend, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps activities with a strong focus on timely delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management for software or IT projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and project management processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Business Analyst experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver AI and software projects from start to completion.
• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with developers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear project tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks and issues and resolve them with the team.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and management.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and requirement specifications.
• Ensure the final product meets client requirements and project objectives.
• Support continuous improvement of project management and development processes.
