Project Planning: Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Resource Management: Allocate internal resources and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with users, clients, project sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and gain support throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and meet quality targets.
Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards and fulfill business requirements.
Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and make adjustments as needed.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using proper verification techniques.
Liaise between project teams, sponsors, and clients to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation for audits, reference, and reporting.
Participate in contract negotiations and ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed terms.
Manage multiple small- to medium-sized projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Report project status, escape issues as required, and provide recommendations to management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, software, or technical projects.
Strong planning, organizational, leadership, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools.
Familiarity with software development, implementation, migration, and application support is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
PMP certification or an equivalent industry-recognized certification is preferred; however, it is not mandatory.
