Job summary

Megalift Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage delivery movements of materials, equipment, and project cargo to and from our data centre sites.

You will coordinate schedules with suppliers and site teams, arrange transportation, and maintain records to ensure secure, timely deliveries. The role requires 1–2 years in logistics coordination and a diploma or degree in a related field, with on-site work and a 3–6 month contract term.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation, warehouse, or project logistics.
• Experience in construction, data centre, engineering, or project logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery and movement of materials, equipment, and project cargo to and from the data centre site.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers, transporters, contractors, and site teams.
• Arrange transportation, loading/unloading, and material handling activities.
• Coordinate site delivery bookings, access permits, security clearance, and delivery slots.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensure timely arrival at site.
• Prepare and maintain delivery orders, transport documents, delivery schedules, and logistics records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and site teams to ensure proper receiving, storage, and movement of materials.
• Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status, delays, or changes.
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive, oversized, or high-value equipment where applicable.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with site safety, security, and project procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery and movement of materials, equipment, and project cargo to and from the data centre site
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers, transporters, contractors, and site teams
• Arrange transportation, loading/unloading, and material handling activities
• Coordinate site delivery bookings, access permits, security clearance, and delivery slots

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation, warehouse, or project logistics
• Experience in construction, data centre, engineering, or project logistics is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of delivery coordination and transportation arrangements
• Familiar with logistics documentation and shipment tracking
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment and coordinate with multiple parties
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Willing to work on-site and commit to the 3–6 month contract period
