Job summary

AVEON GLOBAL TRANSPORTS SDN BHD is seeking a Transport & Logistics Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transport operations in Malaysia. You will allocate vehicles and drivers, monitor deliveries, and ensure compliance with safety standards and transport laws.

Your role includes liaising with drivers, preparing vehicles for inspections, and maintaining meticulous records of movements, maintenance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Monitor validity of driver licenses, medicals and permits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate transport records and documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transport operations.
• Allocate vehicles and drivers according to delivery and operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle movements and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Prepare transport documentation (trip sheets, delivery notes, PODs, invoices).
• Capture transport data accurately in systems and spreadsheets.

Transport & Logistics Coordination role responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily transport operations, managing vehicle allocation, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining compliance with transport legislation and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transport operations

Allocate vehicles and drivers according to delivery and operational requirements

Monitor vehicle movements and ensure on-time deliveries

Liaise with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and operational instructions

Prepare vehicles for internal and external inspections (roadworthy, safety, compliance)

Coordinate and schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance

Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities

Report and follow up on vehicle defects and breakdowns

Prepare and maintain transport documentation (trip sheets, delivery notes, PODs, invoices)

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance
