Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PWD or PAM contracts.
• Ability to work under tight schedules and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team in coordination and management of housing and building development projects.
• Oversee QA/QC requirements and monitor contracts to meet budget and timeline.
• Review contractors' programs, progress and deliverables.
• Establish and control construction progress and ensure technical compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate tradesmen to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Ensure familiarity with local authorities' practices for development approvals.
• Be compliant with laws governing property development and construction procedures.
