Job summary

CONSMAT TRADING & TRANSPORT SDN. BHD. invites an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and manage housing and building development projects on site in Sarawak.

You will oversee QA/QC, monitor contracts, and ensure work is delivered within budget and schedule. The role requires a professional degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 8+ years in construction, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Requires professional degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in construction, building works.
• Knowledge of PWD or PAM contracts.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills; able to work under tight schedules.
• Preference for Sarawakian.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project team for housing and building development.
• Oversee QA/QC requirements on projects.
• Monitor contracts to meet budget and timeline.
• Review contractors' programs and deliverables to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate trades for smooth execution; ensure statutory requirements and approvals.
