Job description

To lead and manage the project team in the coordination and management of Housing & Building Development Projects. You will be responsible for all QA/QC requirements to the projects, monitor contracts and ensure completion of works within the approved budget and timeline, review contractors' program, progress and deliverables, establish and control construction progress, and ensure all technical and engineering aspects of the building project meet customers' and statutory requirements. You will coordinate all different tradesmen to ensure smooth implementation of the works.

Key responsibilities

Manage all QA/QC requirements to the projects

Monitor contracts and ensure completion of works within approved budget and timeline

Monitor and review contractors' program, progress and deliverables

About you

Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
