Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Financial Analyst to join a remote Hong Kong-based finance team. You will support daily accounting tasks, invoicing, budgeting, and vendor payments while ensuring compliance with established accounting standards.

You will work closely with international colleagues, manage timesheets and asset depreciation, and assist in project setup and variation orders. Strong Excel and bilingual communication are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting (debits/credits, general ledger, and accruals).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with a remote team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Teams and Outlook.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Hong Kong Finance for daily finance activities.

• Support project accountants to set up new project and variation orders, forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist in preparing invoices to clients based on project milestones according with contract terms.
• Assist in staff expenses claim and third-party payments processing.
• Assist in preparing non-trade intercompany invoices.
• Maintain fixed assets register and perform monthly posting of depreciation.
• Manage full set of accounts and assist audit preparations for JVs.
• Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures.

Job description

We are seeking a Project financial analyst to join our dynamic team at Asia Infrastructure Solutions (AIS). You will be assisting the Hong Kong entity to perform daily accounting tasks remotely that facilitates the smooth running of business operations.

What you'll be doing

Work closely with Hong Kong Finance for daily finance activities.

What we’re looking for
