Job summary

Seng Kong Shutter Industries Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Project Executive in Subang Jaya to oversee site surveys, advise clients on specifications, and coordinate with contractors, production and installation teams. You will create and revise 2D AutoCAD shop drawings based on site conditions, monitor schedules, manage progress claims and VO, and maintain thorough project records until completion.

Qualifications

• Possess STPM or Diploma; diplomas or degrees in related fields are advantageous.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
• Willing to conduct site surveys and attend site meetings; travel to sites as needed.

This role involves conducting site visits and surveys, assessing site conditions, and advising clients on suitable product specifications and project requirements. You will create and revise 2D AutoCAD shop drawings based on site conditions, and coordinate with clients, contractors, production and installation teams. About you

• Possess at least STPM/Diploma; candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Mechanical Engineering or related fields will have an added advantage
• Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage
• To use AutoCAD for basic 2D drawings, including plotting locations, dimensions, labels and views (Added Advantage)
• Able and willing to conduct site surveys, take measurements and attend site meetings
• Comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, consultants and site personnel
• Must possess a valid car driving licence and be willing to travel to project sites when required
• Willing to learn, proactive, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple projects/tasks and follow up closely on deadlines and outstanding matters
