Job summary

Seng Kong Shutter Industries Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Project Executive in Subang Jaya to oversee site surveys, advise clients on specifications, and coordinate with contractors, production and installation teams. You will create and revise 2D AutoCAD shop drawings based on site conditions, monitor schedules, manage progress claims and VO, and maintain thorough project records until completion.

Qualifications

Possess STPM or Diploma; diplomas or degrees in related fields are advantageous.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
Willing to conduct site surveys and attend site meetings; travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct site visits, take measurements and assess site conditions.
Advise clients on suitable product specifications and project requirements.
Prepare and revise 2D AutoCAD shop drawings based on site conditions.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, production and installation teams on project requirements.
Follow up production schedules, material deliveries and installation progress.
Attend site meetings and coordinate delivery and installation schedules.
Monitor site progress and resolve site, installation and technical issues.
Prepare and follow up progress claims, variation orders and related project documents.
Maintain proper project records and follow up outstanding matters until project completion.
Carry out other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
