Job summary

IOI Properties Group is looking for a Project Executive/Site Supervisor to ensure PQP adherence and supervise all construction stages, including piling, structural, architectural, M&E, and external works. You will verify material conformity to specs and oversee remedial work with contractors to meet contract timelines.

You will conduct final inspections, coordinate as-built drawings, and support handover and certificate of practical completion processes.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ working experience in developers/consultants/contractor firms.
• Experience in coordinating and monitoring site works in accordance with ISO procedure and Qlassic.
• Display professionalism and confidence.
• Possess leadership skill and will be able to resolve conflict with contractor.
• Possess good supervision skill and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company’s Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring.
• To inspect and monitor at all times each stage of the construction works including piling, structural and architectural works, mechanical and electrical works, external works and the infrastructure works.
• To ensure that all materials delivered to site conform to the approved specifications and the project’s inspection test plan.
• To identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
• Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspection and handovers including ensuring that all as-built drawings are prepared and a copy kept with the relevant Project Managers prior to issuance of certificate of practical completion.
