Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-rise construction projects and ensure ISO compliance. You will coordinate with consultants, manage stakeholders, and drive project progress to meet budgeting and timing targets.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in construction detailing, contract administration, and quality assurance, with a proven track record in large-scale developments. Hybrid or on-site work arrangements may apply.

Implement and ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and activities to support effective project delivery
Liaise closely with consultants and contractors to ensure proper coordination and sequencing of construction works, minimise errors, and ensure compliance with project requirements
Monitor and control project progress to achieve the scheduled Rate of Works (ROW) and project billing targets
Maintain effective liaison with external parties involved in property development and construction, including local authorities, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Monitor and control defect rectification progress throughout the Defect Liability Period (DLP), ensuring all defects are rectified and closed within the stipulated timeframe
Ensure the implementation, compliance, monitoring, and maintenance of ISO standards and assessment systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
Prepare and present periodic reports on project status, progress, and key development matters to the Superior and Management
Perform other relevant duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management
Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in high-rise building construction and/or project management within the property development industry
Well-versed in project planning and ISO compliance and assessment systems
Strong experience in quality control and quality assurance, with a proven track record in achieving high QLASSIC assessment scores
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage contractual and site matters relating to architectural, structural, MEP, and ESG requirements
Strong knowledge of construction detailing, work scopes, construction sequences, contract administration, and project planning
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight schedules, and meet project deliverables
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
