Job summary

IOI Properties Group is seeking a qualified professional for site supervision and monitoring of construction projects in Selangor. You will ensure compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and the PQP/quality systems while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

The role requires coordinating and monitoring on-site activities, addressing defects, and reporting progress to the Project Manager. Relevant ISO/Qlassic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with developers/consultants/contractor firms.
• Experience coordinating and monitoring site works per ISO procedures and Qlassic.
• Knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist on supervision and monitoring of construction works per contracts and drawings.
• Ensure procedures in the PQP and the Quality Management System Manual are followed.
• Assist to ensure C&S and architectural works have minimal defects and meet specs.
• Ensure site safety, health and environmental procedures are followed.
• Identify remedial/outstanding works and ensure contractors complete on time.
• Regularly report progress to the Project Manager.
• Control project documents and data as per PQP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion
• Ensure that procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company's Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring
• Assist to ensure that C&S and architectural works are completed with minimum defects and as per work specifications
• Ensure site safety, health and environmental procedures are adhered to during the supervision and monitoring accordingly
• Assist in identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts
• Regularly report to the Project Manager on the progress of works
• Control all relevant project documents and data as per procedure stated in the PQP

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' working experience with developers/consultants/contractor firms
• Experience in coordinating and monitoring site works in accordance with ISO procedure and Qlassic
• Knowledge in Safety, Health and Environmental procedures/policies will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of civil and structural or architecture work is pre-requisite
