About the role

We are seeking a Project Executive - Sales to join our team in the Klang District, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our sales objectives and managing client projects from inception to completion. As a Project Executive - Sales, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role bridges sales and project management, requiring you to combine commercial acumen with operational excellence to achieve both revenue targets and client satisfaction.

Salary Range ; RM2,700 - RM10,000 (Basic + Performance Bonus)

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Klang District and surrounding areas to expand the company's client base
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and project quotations to prospective clients
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation through to successful completion and post-project follow-up
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and delivery timelines are met
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks that may impact client satisfaction or profitability
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and project outcomes using CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and project profitability goals
• Gather client feedback and insights to inform continuous improvement of our offerings and services
• Represent Mosaic Expert Sdn Bhd professionally in all client interactions and industry events

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or similar role within a project-based or service-oriented industry
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation through to closing deals and project delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders
• Project management capabilities or experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is advantageous
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel within the Klang District and surrounding regions
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
