Job summary

Inta Development Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia, is seeking a Project Executive (Property Development) to coordinate development projects from planning through approvals.

You will liaise with local authorities, government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders, and prepare planning submissions. Responsibilities include monitoring approval status, preparing project reports and letters, reviewing land-use policies, and assisting feasibility studies and land development tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Property Development, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience in property development, town planning, or authority liaison.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
