Revion Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of property development projects, ensuring delivery within timeline, cost and quality standards.
The role involves coordinating with consultants and contractors, tracking progress, preparing reports, attending site meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulations. 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh grads considered with strong internships.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects to ensure smooth delivery within timeline, cost, and quality standards.
Assist in managing the overall project lifecycle from planning to completion
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project progress is on track
Monitor site progress, work quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Support in project scheduling, tracking timelines, and updating progress reports
Attend site meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Assist in submission of plans, permits, and liaise with relevant authorities
Track project documentation including drawings, reports, approvals, and contracts
Support cost monitoring, variation orders, and progress claims in coordination with Quantity Surveyors
Identify potential issues or delays and escalat[e] to Project Manager with proposed solutions
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, M&E or related field
2-5 years of relevant experience in property development or construction (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
Candidates with M&E experience are preferred.
Basic knowledge of construction processes, project coordination, and site supervision
Familiarity with local authority submission procedures is an advantage
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good organisational and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project tools is a plus
Willing to travel to site and attend meetings as required
