About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join C N H CONSTRUCTION (M) SDN. BHD. in Bukit Raja, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing project operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution

Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence

Assisting in the management of project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment allocation

Liaising between the project team, clients, and senior management to communicate project updates and resolve issues

Supporting the identification and implementation of cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and project proposals

Maintaining accurate records and databases related to project management and administration

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Proven experience in project coordination or project administration within the construction industry, preferably 2-4 years

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Malay is advantageous

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage relationships effectively

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Valid driving licence and willingness to conduct site visits regularly

Professional certifications such as CIDB or similar qualifications are preferred
