Job summary

Vibrant Elite Sdn Bhd in Nibong Tebal, Penang, is seeking a Project Executive to join our construction team. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 2–3 years of related experience is encouraged. You will monitor progress, safety, and documentation, and work on-site to meet deadlines.

About the role

Vibrant Elite Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Executive to join our dynamic team in Nibong Tebal, Penang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. As a Project Executive, you will be at the heart of our operations, liaising between various stakeholders and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation as a leading construction company and directly contributes to the strategic growth and success of Vibrant Elite Sdn Bhd.

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant construction/project experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience coordinating construction projects from planning through completion.

Ability to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.

Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Able to monitor project progress, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

Familiar with preparing progress reports, project documentation, and site reports.

Good understanding of construction safety and relevant Malaysian regulations.

Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Able to work on-site and under project deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project-management software is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
