Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering AI learning and development projects.

Responsibilities

About the role

Pepper Labs is seeking a Project Executive (AI Learning and Development) to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role is central to delivering innovative artificial intelligence learning and development initiatives that drive organisational growth and technological advancement. As Project Executive, you will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of AI-focused learning programmes, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and deliver measurable impact across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end AI learning and development projects from initiation through to completion
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets for AI training initiatives
• Identify, engage and manage stakeholders across different departments to ensure project alignment and support
• Oversee the design and development of AI learning content and curriculum with subject matter experts
• Monitor project progress against key milestones and deliverables, reporting status to senior management
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Coordinate with training vendors, technology partners and internal teams to deliver seamless learning experiences
• Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned to improve future initiatives
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with organisational standards
• Support continuous improvement of AI learning programmes based on participant feedback and business requirements

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within learning and development, technology or AI-related initiatives
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, applications and the learning landscape within organisations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent recognised qualification is advantageous
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training technology platforms is preferred
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively within a team environment
