Job summary

Pepper Labs is seeking a Senior Project Associate (Digital) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. This role takes ownership of digital projects and drives innovation and transformation within our organisation, bridging senior leadership and project teams for precise execution.

You will lead planning, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior management, contributing to Pepper Labs' digital transformation journey in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven expertise in managing digital transformation projects, IT initiatives or technology-related programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead across all organisational levels.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments and a passion for digital innovation.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for digital initiatives
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including technology, business units and external stakeholders, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, status updates and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and optimise resource utilisation across digital initiatives
• Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices within the organisation
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication throughout all project phases
• Mentor and support junior project team members, contributing to their professional development
