Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Digital Learning and Knowledge Enablement Intern to gain hands-on experience in digital learning, knowledge management, AI-enabled learning solutions, and workplace automation. You will support content creation, knowledge hub management, and learning initiatives with innovative tools and processes.

The role focuses on assisting with learning material development, internal communications, gamified activities, and simple automation projects while contributing to enterprise

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Interest in digital learning, knowledge management, AI-enabled learning solutions and workplace automation.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create digital learning materials, including guides, presentations, infographics and job aids.
• Support internal communications to promote learning programmes.
• Develop gamified learning experiences and learning activities.
• Organise and review content in the Enterprise Knowledge Hub for quality and accessibility.
• Assist testing of AI-generated responses and review prompts in learning apps.
• Support simple automated workflows using Power Automate and related tracking tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Learning Content & Communications
• Assist in creating digital learning materials, including learning guides, presentations, infographics, and job aids.
• Support the preparation of internal communications to promote learning programmes and initiatives.
• Help ensure learning content is clear, engaging, and aligned with organisational learning objectives.
• Gamified Learning Activities
• Assist in developing engaging learning experiences using gamification concepts.
• Support the creation of quizzes, challenges, interactive exercises, badges, and recognition activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve learner engagement and participation in learning programmes.
• Enterprise Knowledge Hub Support
• Assist in organising, tagging, and reviewing content within the Enterprise Knowledge Hub.
• Help identify outdated, duplicated, or incomplete information to improve content quality and accessibility.
• Support efforts to ensure employees can easily find and utilise relevant knowledge resources.
• AI and Technology-Enabled Learning Initiatives
• Assist in testing AI-generated responses and reviewing prompts used in learning-related applications.
• Support the validation of content accuracy and relevance in AI-supported learning solutions.
• Explore opportunities to improve learning experiences through AI and emerging technologies.
• Automation & Learning Data Support
• Support the creation and testing of simple automated workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.
• Assist with learning-related tracking, reminders, and reporting activities.
• Support basic data analysis to provide insights into learning programme participation and effectiveness.

Value-Added Project Exposure

• Assist in the development of an e-learning module by supporting content preparation, interactive activity creation, quiz development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gain practical experience in designing and enhancing digital learning experiences for employees.
• Contribute to projects involving AI-enabled learning, knowledge management, and workplace automation.

Education
