Job summary

Pepper Labs, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Project Executive (AI Learning and Development) on a contract basis. You will lead end-to-end AI learning and development initiatives, coordinating across departments and external partners to deliver measurable business impact.

You will define plans, timelines and budgets, manage risks, and ensure high-quality content with subject matter experts. This role offers growth in AI learning and organisational development.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering AI learning and development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and budget skills.
• PM certification (PMP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end AI learning and development projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets for AI training initiatives.
• Identify and manage stakeholders across departments for alignment.
• Oversee design and development of AI learning content with SMEs.
• Monitor progress against milestones and report to senior management.
• Mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Document lessons learned and conduct post-project evaluations.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and standards compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of AI learning programmes.
