Job summary

Magnificent Synergy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project Executive to plan, coordinate and manage flooring projects from start to finish.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, prepare schedules and resource plans, monitor progress and ensure quality, safety and timely completion, and assist in tender submissions.

This role requires strong coordination with technical teams, cost management and excellent client relationship skills.

Job description

Plan, coordinate and manage flooring projects from start to completion.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding project requirements

Conduct site visits to assess site conditions, measurements and project feasibility

Prepare project schedules, work plans and resource allocations

Oversee site works to ensure quality, safety and timely completion

Coordinate with technical team and subcontractors on work execution

Monitor project progress, resolve site issues and ensure compliance with specifications and standards

Prepare and submit project reports, site documentation, progress updates and handover documents

Manage project costs, materials and manpower effectively

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships with clients

Assist in tender submissions and project proposals when required
