HENGJHOE CONSTRUCT SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee site operations and assist in planning, material ordering, and coordination across project milestones in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves guiding draughtsmen, attending meetings, and supporting design and tender activities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction site coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple site drawings to ensure timely submission

Responsabilités

• Monitoring site supervisors to ensure smooth operation of projects
• Monitoring and assist on site planning when required to ensure site activities and progress planned and executed meet project milestone
• Assist in site material orderings to ensure correctness and completeness for the sites
• Attend meeting when required
• Providing info and guiding draughtsman on drawings and keeping track of all related site drawings are accurate and submitted within time stipulated
• Involve and assist project director in project design and/or redesign as and when required
• Involve and assist project director in project tender
• Any ad hoc tasks that is project related
