Job summary

Crescent Design (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Project Manager Site Supervisor to support flooring and interior design projects. You will coordinate between customers, sales/design consultants, suppliers, installers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to high quality.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of project coordination experience, good communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Survey or related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, interior design, renovation, construction, flooring, or related industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously from confirmation to completion and handover.
• Arrange site visits, measurements, inspections, and installation activities.

Assistant Project Manager Site Supervisor

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive assistant to support the smooth execution of our flooring and interior design projects. You will coordinate between customers, sales/design consultants, suppliers, installers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, quality standards, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, good at communication and follow-up, and able to manage multiple projects at different stages.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure priorities are properly managed from project confirmation to completion and handover.

Coordinate site visits, measurements, inspections and installation activities.

Coordinate project-related communication between clients, designers, sales teams, Project Managers, suppliers and installers.

Handle project documentation and ensure it is properly organized and accessible.

Ensure good quality project and workmanship.

About you

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey, or a related field is an advantage.

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, interior design, renovation, construction, flooring, or a related industry.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
