Job summary

VICTUS PROJECT SDN BHD is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations across project sites in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality, and reporting progress to management.

Based at project sites with the office in Taman Dutamas, Cheras, Selangor, you will travel between sites as required, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site supervision is an advantage.
• Knowledge of flooring, waterproofing or construction works is an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations in line with project schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and site activities.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work quality meets company standards.
• Ensure all workers comply with site safety rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and other relevant parties.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and manpower records.
• Monitor site materials, tools and equipment to minimise wastage.
• Identify and report site issues, delays or defects to management.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job description

Join a construction team specialising in flatfloor, industrial flooring and waterproofing works. You will supervise daily operations across project sites, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to company standards. The role is based at project sites, with the office located in Taman Dutamas, Cheras, Selangor. Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with travel between project sites required.
