Job summary

MINSEC ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. invites a professional engineer to join its fabrication and site management team in Malaysia.

You will monitor fabrication and site works, ensure cost, quality and delivery targets are met, and liaise with consultants and subcontractors to apply designs accurately. You will supervise daily on-site activities, oversee health and safety and quality control, resolve technical issues, and assist managers with progress reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Ability to understand and visualise architectural, C&S and M&E drawings.
1-2 years of related field experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise fabrication and site works to meet cost, quality and delivery lead times.
Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors and general workforce on project execution.
Day-to-day management of on-site works and sub-contractor workforce.
Oversee quality control and health & safety matters on site.
Assist in resolving technical and operational issues as they arise.
Assist Managers in preparing detailed progress reports.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with detailed engineering drawings and documents.
