Job summary

THF ENGINEERING RESOURCES SDN BHD is seeking a site-based engineer/technician to support maintenance, fabrication and related engineering works at client sites in Malaysia. You will attend site visits, surveys and meetings to plan and coordinate activities, ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include preparing work planning, manpower, material requirements and cost estimation; coordinating with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers; monitoring daily progress;

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in site maintenance, fabrication or related engineering works.

Responsibilities

• Attend site visits, site surveys and client meetings.
• Plan and coordinate plant maintenance, fabrication and related engineering works.
• Prepare work planning, manpower, material requirements and cost estimation.
• Support project execution and monitor daily work progress at site.
• Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Arrange and monitor manpower, tools, equipment and materials required for each job.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Ensure works are carried out safely, properly and according to the agreed schedule.
• Provide technical support for piping, mechanical works, equipment installation, scaffolding, insulation, painting, civil and general plant maintenance works.
• Monitor workmanship, productivity and site progress.
• Prepare progress updates and report project status to management.
• Support multiple ongoing projects when required.
