Job summary

chang soon machinery sdn bhd seeks a Site/Project Engineer to plan, coordinate and supervise engineering works at our Sabah site. The role requires ensuring activities align with approved drawings, specs and BQ while monitoring progress, quality, materials and workmanship.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams to meet project deadlines. In this role, proactive problem solving, thorough documentation and adherence to safety and quality standards are

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise engineering works at site/project.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, BQ and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Review drawings, technical documents, method statements and reports.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues independently.
• Prepare progress reports, site reports and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input when required.
• Carry out other engineering duties related to the project as assigned.
