Job summary

Geo Works Sdn Bhd is a specialist geotechnical piling company seeking a Site Project Engineer. The role supports the project team on technical issues and coordinates activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and plans.

The candidate will supervise on-site works, prepare schedules, monitor progress, and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with strong technical knowledge and MS Office/MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and lead a site team.
• Strong technical knowledge is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager and support the project team on technical issues.
• Coordinate works to ensure adherence to drawings, specs, plans and procedures.
• Supervise and inspect on-site works for quality and safety.
• Prepare project schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor progress and quality of subcontractor work.
• Participate in site meetings and resolve site-related issues.
• Compile and safekeep documentation from subcontractors.

An established and dynamic construction specialist in cutting edge piling & geotechnical technology invites dynamic, motivated and well qualified individuals to join the team for the following position:-

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to Project Manager and support the project team in technical issues to meet the overall project implementation
• Coordinate to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc
• Supervise & inspect physical site works
• Prepare project schedule and progress report
• Monitor work progress and check quality of work done by sub-contractors
• Discuss site matters with related parties and resolve all site related technical issues
• Attend site meetings
• Compile and safe keep documentations received from sub-contractors based on project requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to work with minimum supervision & work independently, manage a site team and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants
• Good technical knowledge
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project applications.
