Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a responsible and motivated Project Engineer to join our project team. You will assist in planning, site coordination, progress monitoring, documentation, and communications with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

We welcome fresh graduates. The role requires reading drawings and project documents, strong coordination and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in construction or civil projects is advantageous.
• Able to read drawings and project documents.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project works

Supervise and support daily site activities

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Review drawings, specifications, work programmes, and project requirements

Monitor work progress, quality, materials, manpower, and site issues

Prepare reports, progress updates, site records, and project documentation

Assist in claims, measurements, material submissions, and technical documents

Ensure works are carried out according to project requirements, safety standards, and schedule

Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical or coordination matters

Travel to different project sites when required

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience in construction, infrastructure, civil, building, or mechanical works will be an advantage

Able to read and understand drawings, specifications, and project documents

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Responsible, organised, and able to work independently

Able to prepare reports and project documentation

Possess a valid driving licence

Willing to travel to different project sites when required

Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
