Job summary

Organo in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support meetings, prepare MOMs, and assist in RFQ and vendor evaluations. You will prepare design materials and project deliverables, and coordinate with teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure specifications are met.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The role requires a degree in engineering and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office. On-site work in Malaysia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional/recognized engineering qualification is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office is essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings, assist in meeting presentations and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Prepare design-related presentation material for meetings.
• Participate in RFQ preparation and assist in vendor/material evaluation.
• Prepare project deliverables for client submission.
• Develop and verify project control documentation and status reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients and sub-contractors on design issues.
• Check manufacturer drawings for compliance with specifications and ensure ISO 9001 procedures are followed.
• Prepare drawings for project implementation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Attend project meeting, assist in meeting presentation and preparation of Minutes of meeting (MOM). Follow up and monitor all the open items in MOM.

Prepare design-related presentation material for the meeting.

Participating in Request for Quotation (RFQ) preparation, specification and assists in the technical evaluation of vendor/maker quoted materials.

Prepare project deliverables for submission to the client.

Developing and verifying of project control documentation and status report.

Liaise and coordinates with project teams, client and sub-contractors on design issues.

Checking and evaluating manufacturer drawings and data for compliance with project specifications.

To prepare drawings concerning project implementation and ensure the design drawings comply with the requirements of the authorities and company ISO 9001 procedures.

To liaise with relevant parties such as authorities, sub-contractors, vendors, etc., and ensure project works conform to specifications.

To perform project progress monitoring which inclusive of project work quality control & assurance.

Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, trends and recommending actions.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental), or an equivalent qualification.

Required skill(s): AutoCad and Microsoft Office Application

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Possessing a pleasant, outgoing personality and the ability to work under pressure.

Able to work effectively as part of a team and independent.

Possess own transport with a valid driving license.

Must be willing to work on Site environment located within Malaysia.
