Job summary

VICTORY BUILDERS SDN BHD is seeking a capable Civil Engineering Executive to administer site activities, conduct meetings and supervise works on site to ensure compliance with plans.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors, review drawings, monitor progress, and maintain documentation to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of site or engineering experience in civil works.
• Ability to read and review engineering drawings and specifications.

Job Responsibilities & Description:

• To administrate, conduct, attend meetings and site supervision.
• To liaise with Client, Consultants, and sub-contractor.
• Liaise and coordinate works with consultant, suppliers, and sub-contractor.
• To review engineering plans and designs, documentation and working drawings complying to client’s requirement.
• To ensure works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the work progress is on schedule.
• Conduct site visits/inspections and supervise technical aspects.
• The day-to-day planning, coordinating, and executing of site activities.
• Study and to ensure construction drawings and specification to ensure suitability and adequacy of details.
• Identify site problems and propose solutions.
• Keeping proper records of site activities.
• Prepare proper documentation and recording such as site daily report, RFI, material usage record, record drawing, QC record, work progress record etc.
• Develop site utilization programs and reports.
• Preparing reports when required.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess in SPM/STPM/Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Construction Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Required skills: Microsoft office, Microsoft project, AutoCAD
• Proactive, result oriented and the ability in the related field
• Positive attitude, able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment;
• initiative and aggressive toward work.
• Willing to work for night shift, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
