Job summary

Atlantis C&E in Malaysia is seeking a Site Engineer to support on-site activities, coordinate daily site operations, and ensure construction work follows approved drawings and standards.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, basic project familiarity, and strong communication. Travel to project sites may be required; MS Office and AutoCAD knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and supervising daily site activities.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.
• Assist in material planning, site measurements, and work inspections.
• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
