Job summary

Lingkaran Erat Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure construction work aligns with contract requirements and to coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers. The role includes documenting progress, resolving site issues, and preparing technical inquiries on project sites.

Qualifications

• Ensure construction work implementation as per contract requirement.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers regarding issues, problems, planning and information of the project.
• Ensure proper project documentation, perform site coordination, attend site meetings, and provide regular progress report.
• Provide and prepare technical inquiry, advice and solving problems on project sites.
• Work with consultants, sub-contractors and supplier to ensure project plans are implemented according to the design specification.
• Prepare paperwork required to SO, consultant and client.
• Prepare and update project documentation, i.e. CPM, RFI, NCR, QA/QC, ISO, etc.
• Check technical designs, drawings and work construction are followed correctly.
• Supervise and manage project in time.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply as well.
