Job summary

ECA Advanced Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Manager (Semiconductor & Automation) in Malaysia to lead client-focused projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with SEMI and regulatory standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in related fields, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to present with PPT to all levels.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose technical solutions.
• Fluent communication skills in English, Mandarin for client communication.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally as needed.
• Independent and self-motivated; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure close follow up with customers to close the sales deal.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular updates on key metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
• Willing to accept new challenges.
• Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
• Perform other jobs deemed necessary by management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in delivering client-focused solution based on customer needs preferably from mechanical engineering solution environment.

Proficient in MS Office and give PPT presentations with customers at all levels.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose technical solutions to meet customer needs.

Fluent communication skills in English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Excellent communication skills—capable of translating technical details into business-friendly language.

Willing to travel locally and internationally as needed.

Able to work under pressure and good prioritization skills.

Experience on Automation knowledge.

Knowledge in Solid works, AutoCAD and drafting software will be added advantage. (optional)

Able to work independently and self-motivated under challenging and demanding work environment.

Able to communicate effectively with team members.
