Job summary

LEM in Malaysia is seeking a qualified professional to monitor and enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and compliance while tracking metrics and reporting data. The role requires strong technical abilities and leadership in an international environment.

The candidate will define process strategies, coordinate solution development and implementation, and supervise ramp-ups to meet efficiency targets. Adaptation of equipment is expected for new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics) or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of experience in process implementation projects for the assembly industry (electronic product, automotive ideally).
• 2D-3D Mechanical CAD experience.
• Automotive Quality Core Tools knowledge (APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Strong technical project management and lean manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• To define the manufacturing process strategy.

Job description

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.

Job Requirements:
