Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a senior engineering project lead to drive global initiatives with international exposure. You will oversee complex engineering, manufacturing or industrial projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring delivery milestones, budgets and quality are met.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, ERP knowledge and the ability to coordinate across regions, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience managing complex engineering, manufacturing or industrial projects.
• Strong planning, resource management and cost-control knowledge.
• Experience with ERP planning, scheduling and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience managing complex engineering, manufacturing or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of project planning, resource management and cost control principles
• Experience working with ERP systems for planning, scheduling and project tracking
• SAP exposure would be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated, organised and committed to delivering outstanding customer outcomes
