Job summary

Hamal Bina'in Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil Engineering graduate with 1–3 years of experience to support construction QA/QC activities in Putrajaya. You will assist in planning, monitor works against drawings and specifications, and ensure quality control across site teams, consultants, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes documentation, inspections, and adherence to ISO/QSHE standards, with a Monday–Saturday schedule typical for site operations in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or QA/QC.
• Familiar with drawings, specifications and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project and construction activities.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of works and materials.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, checklists and reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams on technical and quality matters.
• Monitor inspections, testing, approvals and corrective actions.
• Identify and report quality issues and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, Company ISO and QSHE requirements.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and other project documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction or QA/QC.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications and QA/QC procedures.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in construction / data center projects is an added advantage.

Working Days:
Monday - Saturday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
