Job summary

GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Engineer (NPI / Manufacturing Projects) in Penang to support the Project Manager with development, trial runs and MP staging.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external parties to keep projects on track. In this role you will initiate new projects and engineering changes, liaise with customers on requirements, manage sample submissions/approvals, and monitor progress to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in project management, NPI, project development, project transfer or engineering change will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
