Job summary

MFG TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a capable Senior Engineer to lead and manage engineering projects from planning and installation through to mass production.

You will drive schedules, coordinate with Production, Quality, NPI, Manufacturing and external suppliers, and oversee equipment and line setup. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years in manufacturing or project engineering, with strong troubleshooting, communication and leadership skills; travel to

• Bachelor's degree in engineering-related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or project engineering.
• Experience in project management, equipment installation, production line setup or process improvement.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and project management skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills; proficiency in Chinese language is preferred.
• Willing to travel to China when required; experience in connector/semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities
