Hirehub Group in Malaysia seeks a Project Engineer to plan, execute and coordinate engineering projects from inception to delivery. You will develop schedules, allocate resources and liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-spec results.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in project engineering or coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, machinery, automation or precision engineering preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, technical documents and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management or CAD software.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently follow up on project tasks and deliver results within established timelines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative with good teamwork.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred for work communication.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute and coordinate projects to meet objectives and requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules and resource arrangements; monitor progress.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments for smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain project-related technical documents, drawings and reports.
• Follow up on product development, NPI, EC changes and issues with relevant teams.
• Monitor quality, cost, schedule and safety; identify risks and solutions.
• Provide regular updates on progress and implementation status with recommendations.
• Assist in procurement, material prep, equipment installation, testing and acceptance.
• Participate in project meetings; track action items and ensure timely completion.
• Perform other project and engineering duties as assigned by management.
