Job summary

Better Power (M) Sdn Bhd invites applications for a position coordinating engineering activities and managing project schedules in Malaysia. The role requires liaising with project teams, site personnel, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution in line with company procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field with 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate engineering activities and project schedules
Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks
Prepare, maintain, and control engineering documents, drawings, and reports
Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Track material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and as-built drawings
Assist with procurement by coordinating material specifications and delivery schedules
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and engineering records
Ensure engineering documentation complies with company procedures and project requirements
Support project handover and close-out documentation
