Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project activities from planning to execution, meeting specs, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with design, production and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project plans with timelines, resource allocation and risk management.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of equipment or processes.
• Act as primary contact for clients and provide regular project progress updates.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
