Bond M & E Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Site Engineer to support project delivery across our mechanical and engineering works in Malaysia. You will assist the Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure deliverables are met and coordinate trades to keep activities aligned with drawing specifications.

The role requires leadership, strong BM and English, and the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Engineering Diploma or degree required or related experience.
PW4 certification is an added advantage.
Ability to lead and supervise site works.
Strong BM and English language skills.
People skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Assist Project Manager & Project Engineer to meet project deliverables.
Coordinate trades and raise discrepancies to superiors.
Ensure installations conform to specifications and drawings.
Inspect installations with client and consultant representatives.
Regularly monitor site progress and update the project team.
Attend meetings and site coordination with clients, consultants, and other trades.
Maintain subcontractor management on site and resolve obstacles or issues.
Undertake any other duties as instructed by the superior.
