Job summary

AIS Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager through the full project lifecycle, from sales handover to delivery. The role involves reviewing scope, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Responsibilities include handling manufacturing and site activities, managing logistics, and maintaining clear reporting and meeting records.

Qualifications

Proficient in coordinating project work, both in-house and off-site.
Experienced in purchasing, expediting and logistics.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Capable of presenting data/information clearly for approval.
Highly organized with reliable task completion within deadlines.
Able to manage workload under pressure and use various IT systems.

Responsibilities

Review project scope and technical docs to support the Project Manager from sales handover through delivery.
Prepare project documents on time and within deadlines.
Check and accept client and supplier drawings and specs as needed.
Ensure safety and apply training where required.
Record and issue meeting minutes and actions.
Coordinate manufacturing, procurement, and site activities to meet order requirements.
Arrange logistics using AIS transportation subcontractors and oversee in-house engineering design.
