seeks a capable project management lead to provide comprehensive management and consultancy support throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSE, quality, planning and commercial teams. The role covers onshore and offshore execution, risk mitigation, progress reporting, interfaces across disciplines, change management, and ensuring compliance with procedures, legislation and standards,
Provide comprehensive project management and consultancy support throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project execution strategies, plans, schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and resource requirements.
Establish and manage project teams comprising project management, engineering, construction, commissioning, HSE, quality, planning, and commercial personnel.
Coordinate project activities between COMPANY, contractors, engineering consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Manage onshore and offshore project execution activities as required.
Monitor project progress against approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE objectives.
Identify project risks, constraints, interfaces, and potential delays and develop appropriate mitigation measures.
Provide project reporting, including progress reports, management dashboards, risk registers, action trackers, and performance reports.
Manage project interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning, and operations.
Support change management, variation assessment, technical queries, deviations, and claims management.
Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with COMPANY procedures, specifications, applicable legislation, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to project personnel and ensure effective coordination across all project disciplines.
Support successful completion, handover, close-out, and lessons-learned activities.
