Job summary

Sena Traffic Systems Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning and implementing council initiatives for traffic and ITS projects. The role involves coordinating across teams, managing multiple projects, and ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, with hands-on CCTV and fiber optic knowledge.

• Manage and oversee tasks for multiple projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide regular progress updates and address any concerns.
• Prepare project documentation, including schedules, reports and technical manuals.
• Attend meetings with clients and deliver presentations.
• Assign and coordinate work with subcontractors, including follow-up on timelines, materials and quality control.
• Possess knowledge and hands-on experience in CCTV configuration and fiber optic systems
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance works to ensure system performance and reliability.

Job Description :

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

• Strong project coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Experience in cCTV system configuration and fiber optic installation / support is an advantage.

• Proficient in preparing reports, documentation and presentations.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience in maintenance work and troubleshooting activities.

• Knowledge and experience in handling SLA-based projects and support service.

• This position requires at least 2 Years of working experience in the related field.

• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

• Applicant must have their own MOTORBIKE, valid driver's license, and be able to drive.

Working Hours/Day:

9 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday)

9 am - 1 pm (Saturday)

Working Location: KL
